Rated 5 van de 5 door Gustavo uit Very good 360 sound I got it 1 week ago from HK site. It is not available in any store so I was not sure about the size and materials beside the sound quality. After receiving and installing I could prove the always good sound quality from HK. Very good bass with volume and 360 sound. It gets really loud with distortion. You can turn off the lights if you don't like it. I recommend for a very good 360 sound in a small size and very nice materials to be in the middle of your living room or kitchen or even in your bedroom. The Alexa is also a nice add on for a speaker with this quality.

Rated 3 van de 5 door ITGuy2000 uit Amazing sound. Echo integration needs more work The audio quality is amazing as one would expect from Harmon Kardon. What is disappointing is the integration with Alexa/Echo is extremely basic lacking most features one would consider standard on any Echo enabled device. The device does not support multi-room audio nor are you able to customize the settings at all. No ability to enable a sound when you wake Alexa. No ability to customize the sounds at all. The HK app is for setup only. It has no customization settings aside from device name. Settings within the Alexa web page for the device are missing all customization settings. I was also surprised that HK support was completely unfamiliar with the product. I'm hopeful HK does some work on this.

Rated 1 van de 5 door Unplugged uit Allure not pairing with Alexa so use as night ligh I read reviews saying pairing is difficult. Do not count on either Amazon or HK to help you. You get a microscopic manual in 4 point type. Hello who do you think buys this product? Next it says get an app. You get the app but then it claims the speaker will get the app not your kindle or phone which both have it. The app is unable to find the device. Before you say Well he must not have experience, I have bought 21 amazon devices. Ship this device with instructions glued to speaker. Fire everyone who worked on the manual. The fix... put in a port to connect this speaker to echo dot 2.

Rated 4 van de 5 door Kai Kramer uit Ist vom Klang her ein tolles Gerät Das Gerät ist gut nur leider bin ich enttäuscht, dass die Allure nicht in der HK Remote App ist, damit man es mit seinen anderen HK Geräte zusammen steuern kann. Dann findet die Allure meine Omni 10 oder den Adapt nicht über Bluetooth. Habe mich extra für die Alexa von HK entschieden, damit alles kompatibel ist. Das ist sehr schade. Vielleicht kann man mir ja helfen.

Hello, is its voltage requirement 110V 60Hz or 220V 50hz? I noticed that it is working with Amazon in the Americas and working with Tencent in China. If I bring it to China, can it work (or brush Chinese firmware)? Thank you very much!
The HK Allure are auto-volt units that can be used in either 100-120V or 220-240V, 50-60Hz rated power sources. There would be no voltage issues when using it in China.

Is there an app for bass/treble control
Hi James. Sorry no, there is no provision for tone control or an equalizer in the app. If you transmit to the Allure via Bluetooth, you can of course use the equalizer in Spotify, or any other equalizer app, or you can use the equalizer that is sometimes part of the standard programmes in the phone. But that is of course not what Allure was built to do as its main purpose. You can also influence the tonal balance by moving the Allure around in your room. Closer to walls and corners will boost the bass, farther from walls and corners will make it sound leaner and more precise. I hope this helps.

Can you connect your phone without WiFi??
Hi Amber, On first use, you will have to set up the HK Allure on a WiFi network. This will download all relevant ( country specific ) updates for your HK Allure. When the product is completely set up, you don't need to have it connected to WiFi, and can stream music on Bluetooth to the Allure.

Hi, bought an allure today from my o2 shop. Went through the set up routine and all seemed fine but i’m left with a red light and cannot communicate with Alexa. Also wi fi can’t connect because my phone can’t find the allure, says H K Aura studio 2

Hi Gavin, Thank you for your question. To use the Allure for music while asking Alexa, you need to have a premium subscription to their supported music services.
